My Contributions and Benefits to Mankind

The phonograph that I invented was later redesigned by Alexander Bell, Chichester Bell, and Charles Tainter. This phonograph was eventually developed into a stereo record player, which evolved into other known devices such as an 8-tract player, cassette player, and now the CD player. I also invented the light bulb and responsible for implementing electric power generation and the distribution of it to homes and businesses. My first power station was on Manhatten Island, New York. So, you could say I am responsible for the electricity and light that is in your home today!
